Start with the experience
Before strain names or THC numbers — what do you actually want from the session? Wind down? Wake up? Get social? Match the experience to the format.
Eight tracks. Hand-selected by people who actually know what they’re looking at — and who personally use it.
Whole flower to glassware, tinctures to live resin — pick a track and we’ll cue it.
Every product at Kush Connection starts with a question: would we personally use this?If the answer is anything less than a confident yes, it doesn’t make the shelf.
We work directly with licensed cultivators and processors across New Jersey. People we have met face to face, toured their facilities, watched their operations run. We know where the flower is grown, how the concentrates are extracted, what goes into every edible recipe.
The NJ market is still young, and not every operator holds the same bar. Some rush. Some cut corners on curing. Some settle for mediocre genetics. We won’t name names — but if a product doesn’t meet our standard for potency, terps, appearance, and lab testing, it doesn’t get a slot in our cases.
Every product carries a Certificate of Analysis from a state-licensed lab — exact THC + CBD percentages, terpene breakdown, confirmation it’s clean of pesticides, heavy metals, microbials, residual solvents.Ask any budtender to see the numbers.
The framework our budtenders use when helping a customer find the right fit.

If you're new (or coming back from a break), tolerance is essentially zero. 15–20% flower or 2.5–5mg edibles is plenty. Concentrates are not the entry point.
Smoke / vape hit fast (minutes, taper after 1–3 hr). Edibles take 30 min–2 hr but last 4–8 hr. Tinctures middle. Topicals are local and non-psychoactive.
Most important step. Tell them the experience, tolerance, method, and concerns. They guide — they do not upsell. Honest recs based on what's in stock.
The more you understand what goes into each category, the better your decisions.
Cannabis degrades with light, heat, air, and moisture. Storing it right preserves potency and flavor.
Airtight glass jar, cool dark place. Boveda 58–62% RH pack keeps terps stable. Avoid plastic + freezing.
Follow packaging. Room temp sealed for most gummies / chocolates. Beverages refrigerate. Always lock from kids + pets.
Sealed in original container, cool surface. Live rosin loses terps fast in heat — refrigerate for long-term storage.
Store upright to keep wick saturated. Out of hot cars + direct sunlight. 6–12 month shelf life if stored right.
Dark glass bottle is for a reason. Medicine cabinet or drawer. 12–18 months potent if kept cool.
